Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on availability, manufacturing schedules, and logistics.
- 1.Delivery Method
- All products supplied by Bifrost Doors Ltd are transported and delivered using third-party courier or specialist delivery services. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays. If a delay occurs, we will contact you with an update where possible. You may also contact us for the latest delivery information.
- 2.Shipping Charges & Additional Costs
- Outbound delivery charges are displayed and paid at checkout or order confirmation
- No hidden shipping charges apply beyond those agreed.
- If a product is returned for any reason other than confirmed damage on delivery, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 3.Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
- Currently, there is no online order tracking system available. However, we take a proactive approach to communication and customers may be contacted by phone or email with delivery updates.If you have not received any communication:
- within 10 days of placing your order, or
- within 10 days of the agreed dispatch date (for pre-orders/bespoke items), please contact us.
- 4.Damaged Goods on Delivery

All orders are subject to quality checks prior to dispatch. If delivery arrives damaged:
- Notify the delivery driver immediately where possible.
- If damage is discovered later, contact us promptly with photos.
- We will assess and advise an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or other corrective action.
- 4.Order Cancellations & Refusals
We aim to ensure products supplied match confirmed specifications. Please note:
- Order cancellations and refunds are not offered once an order has been placed, particularly for commercial or bespoke products.
- Exchanges are not offered except where a product arrives damaged and replacement is not possible.
- Customers who are unable to accept delivery may still be liable for associated delivery costs.

- In unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, traffic incidents, major delays, or severe weather, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and rearrange delivery
- 8.Limitation of Liability
- Bifrost Doors Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays beyond our control, including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputational harm. This does not affect your statutory rights.
