Consumer Cancellation Rights
Consumers may cancel standard orders within 14 days of placing the order, subject to conditions below.

Exclusions – Bespoke / Made-to-Measure Products
Orders placed for bespoke or made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled or returned. These include doors manufactured to non-standard sizes, custom specifications, or produced to agreed requirements.

If cancelled before dispatch, we will refund payments received within 14 days of confirming the cancellation. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Returns of Standard (Non-Bespoke) Products
If goods have been delivered or dispatched:
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
Goods must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
Goods must be in original packaging, securely packed
You are responsible for the goods while they are in your possession and until they are received by us.
Condition of Returned Goods
Refunds may be refused or reduced if goods are damaged due to misuse, poor handling, or insufficient packaging, or if items have been installed, used, altered, or returned incomplete.Â
Arranging a Return
All returns must be pre-arranged. You may return goods using a reputable courier or request collection by us (Collection charges apply and will be quoted in advance). If you use your own courier, you remain responsible until

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your purchase arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We recommend inspecting goods as best possible before signing for delivery.
Remedies for Faulty Goods
If goods are confirmed faulty or damaged, we may offer replacement, repair, or refund. For confirmed faulty goods, we will not charge collection/return fees.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods and will be issued via the original payment method.
Business Customers
B2B customers do not have an automatic right to cancel or return goods, except where items are faulty or supplied incorrectly, subject to inspection.
