These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods and services by
Bifrost Doors Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to customers purchasing through our website,
by email, phone, or other ordering methods.
Buyer / You / Customer: Person or entity placing an order.
Goods: Products supplied by us (fire-rated doors, door sets, accessories, bespoke items).
Contract: Your order accepted by us in writing or confirmed by dispatch.
Business Customer: Purchasing wholly or mainly for business.
Consumer: Purchasing wholly or mainly for personal use.
2. Application of These Terms
2.1 These Terms apply to all Contracts and exclude any other terms the Buyer may seek to impose.
2.2 Any changes must be agreed by us in writing.
2.3 If any part is unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain valid.
3. Quotations & Orders
3.1 Quotations do not constitute an offer.
3.2 Your order is an offer to buy subject to these Terms.
3.3 A Contract is formed when we accept in writing or dispatch the Goods.
3.4 Images and descriptions are for guidance; colours and finishes may vary.
4. Pricing & VAT
4.1 Prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
4.2 VAT is added where applicable.
4.3 Delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.
4.4 Prices may be adjusted prior to acceptance if costs or specifications change.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is due in full before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5.2 Delivery may be withheld until cleared payment is received.
5.3 Credit terms are at our discretion and may be withdrawn.
5.4 Overdue payments may incur interest and recovery costs.
6. Delivery, Lead Times & Risk
Residential: 3–5 working days
Commercial: 2–3 weeks
Bespoke: 4–6 weeks
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Inspection, Damage & Claims
Goods must be inspected on delivery and damage reported within 2 working days with photos.
8. Title (Ownership)
Ownership remains with us until payment in full is received.
9. Returns & Cancellations
Bespoke or made-to-measure Goods are non-returnable once production begins.
10. Specifications & Tolerances
Manufacturing tolerances and natural colour variations may apply.
11. Installation & Fire Door Compliance
Installation must be carried out by a competent professional.
12. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Goods where permitted by law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
